Julie S. Gerard has been a successful litigator in elder abuse, personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases since 1988. In addition to all California courts, she is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the Central District of the Court of California.

In addition to her caring, concerned and understanding nature she has a unique connection to older people and the importance they play in a family. Her own relationship with her grandmother has provided her with the gift of respect for the wisdom of older family members.
